Fatima Memorial Hospital College of Medicine & Dentistry is a 470-bed, multi-specialty, tertiary care teaching institution. Fatima Memorial Dental Hospital is an affiliate of Fatima Memorial Hospital College of Medicine & Dentistry and is recognized for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Training by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Pakistan in all major disciplines. The institution offers state-of-the-art clinical and diagnostic services through clinical experts to patients from all walks of life.
Available Positions
1. Assistant Professor (General Surgery)
- Qualification: MBBS, FCPS, or equivalent postgraduate qualification in the relevant subject.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience at a PM&DC-recognized institution in the relevant subject after postgraduate qualification.
- Research Publications: At least two (02) research publications in peer-reviewed indexed journals.

2. Senior Registrar (Orthodontics)
- Qualification: BDS, Post-Graduation (FCPS/MDS/MS), or equivalent postgraduate qualification in the relevant subject from a PMC-recognized institute.
- Experience: Preference will be given to candidates who have completed their Ph.D. (where applicable) with experience in undergraduate medical education, research with a strong record of high-impact publications, curricular design, assessment, and use of technology.
- Additional Requirement: For the position of Assistant Professor and above, candidates will be required to obtain an experience equivalence certificate from the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council.

3. Manager Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC)
- Qualification and Experience: Post-graduation degree with specialization in Quality Assurance and at least 5 years of experience in QA/QEC at any Medical College/HEC-recognized university. Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, and computer skills are highly preferred.
- Responsibilities:
- Define clear and explicit standards of academic learning.
- Develop program specifications detailing the knowledge, understanding, skills, and other attributes a student will develop upon successfully completing a specific program.
- Develop quality assurance processes and evaluation methods to maintain and improve the quality of provision and the standard of awards.
- Foster curriculum, subject, and staff development, along with research and other scholarly activities.
- Ensure the College’s quality assurance procedures align with national standards for maintaining and improving the quality of Medical Education.
- Supervision: The incumbent will discharge responsibilities under the supervision and guidance of the Principal FMH CM&D.
