The Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) Islamabad is seeking qualified and enthusiastic female candidates to fill a number of Federal Directorate of Education Jobs as Senior Computer Teachers (PPS-05) on a contract basis.

Project Details:

  • Project Title: Sustainability of Computer Labs Established by The Universal Services Fund (USF) Long with Retention of 202 Senior Computer Teachers in Girls Schools / Colleges of FDE
  • Job Title: Senior Computer Teacher (Female)
  • Number of Positions: 202
  • Contract Duration: Up to the termination of the project (approximately one year)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Teach computer science courses to girls in primary to graduate level educational institutions under the FDE’s purview.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote computer literacy and technological skills.
  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students.

Who They Are Looking For:

  • Female candidates with a Bachelor’s degree (BS) or Master’s degree (MS) or an equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaborative software development.
  • Maximum age limit of 28 years (as of the closing date of the advertisement) with a relaxation of five years for certain categories.
