Health Professional (Nursing):
- Minimum Master’s degree registered with the Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council and Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC).
- Registered practitioner of nursing with a minimum of 10 years of clinical practice experience.
Health Professional (Alternate Medicine):
- Registered practitioner of Tibb or Homeopathy with a minimum of 10 years of clinical practice experience.
Finance Corporate and Governance:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in finance and audit.
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is preferred.
Philanthropist/NGO:
- A philanthropist or civil society leader with a minimum of 15 years of experience in public administration.
- Proven experience in policy development, implementation, and strategic planning.
- Strong negotiation and diplomacy skills.
Hospital Administration:
- Registered medical practitioner with a postgraduate degree in hospital administration.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in hospital administration.
