The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) is looking for a talented and experienced Executive Assistant-Corporate Affairs to join their team in Islamabad, Pakistan.
About NDRMF:
The National Disaster Risk Management Fund NDRMF provides grant funding for projects that:
- Enhance Pakistan’s resilience to natural hazards like floods and earthquakes.
- Strengthen the government’s response capabilities in the event of disasters.
The Opportunity:
This is a performance-based contract position, offering a chance to make a real difference in Pakistan’s preparedness for natural disasters. As the Executive Assistant-Corporate Affairs, you will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Corporate Affairs department.
- Assist with project management tasks and communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain efficient filing and record-keeping systems.
- Ensure smooth coordination within the department and with other NDRMF teams.
Who They Are Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or Economics.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in a reputable public or private sector organization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic IT software.
