Championing Healthcare Excellence:
- Marketing & Branding Manager (8-10 years experience): Become the mastermind behind ULTH’s image. Lead a team, craft marketing campaigns, and analyze data to make informed decisions. Build strong relationships and orchestrate impactful events – all while shaping the hospital’s brand identity. (Masters in Marketing or related field)
- Quality Assurance Manager (8-10 years experience, min. 2 yrs managerial): Ensure ULTH upholds the highest standards. Oversee compliance, manage quality systems, and work with safety committees to minimize risks. Conduct audits and be a champion for patient safety. (Master in Quality Management)

Beyond Patient Care:
Manager Facilities (8-10 years experience): This role goes beyond maintenance! Oversee day-to-day operations, develop SOPs, supervise projects, and manage staff and resources. Ensure cleanliness, efficient utilities, and a comfortable environment for everyone. (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree)
Business Development Team: Join a dynamic team focused on growth! Identify new opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop data-driven strategies aligned with the hospital’s goals.
- Assistant Manager Business Development (5-6 years experience, preferably healthcare): Lead the charge with your expertise.
- Business Development Officer (2-3 years experience, preferably healthcare): Build client relationships and develop targeted marketing strategies. (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing)
SOPS Compliance Officer (2-3 years experience): Ensure smooth operations by overseeing SOP creation and implementation. Collaborate with teams to maintain accurate SOPs, conduct audits, and manage safety and risk programs. (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Quality Management/Business Administration)
Personal Assistant (3-4 years experience): Become the backbone of a busy professional’s life. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle confidential correspondence, and ensure smooth office operations. Strong organizational skills and the ability to anticipate needs are essential. (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field)
