- Unit Head Compliance Risk Management: Provide leadership and direction for the Compliance Risk Management unit. Ensure the bank’s adherence to all relevant regulations and AML/CFT laws. Requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant banking experience and a deep understanding of SBP regulations. An MBA/MCom from an HEC-recognized university is preferred.
- Desk Head Transactions Monitoring: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Transactions Monitoring unit. Identify and analyze suspicious banking activity. Requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant banking experience and a thorough knowledge of AML/CFT laws. An MBA/MCom from an HEC-recognized university is preferred.
- Desk Head Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFTD): Implement and manage the bank’s CFTD program. Develop and maintain strategies to mitigate the risk of terrorism financing. Requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant banking experience and a strong understanding of CFT regulations.
- Desk Head Customer Due Diligence (CDD): Lead the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) team in ensuring that the bank complies with all KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements. Develop and implement effective CDD procedures. Requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant banking experience and a comprehensive understanding of KYC regulations. An MBA/MCom from an HEC-recognized university is preferred.
- Transactions Monitoring Analyst: Analyze banking transactions to identify suspicious activity. Prepare reports and present findings to compliance officers. Requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant banking experience and a working knowledge of AML/CFT laws.
