Lawrence College, Ghora Gali – a prestigious institution with a remarkable history dating back to 1860 – is seeking a qualified and experienced Security Supervisor to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of students, staff, and the College campus.
About the Role
As Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the security team. Your duties will include:
- Patrolling the College grounds and buildings to deter and identify security risks.
- Monitoring security cameras and access control systems.
- Enforcing College security policies and procedures.
- Responding to emergencies and incidents.
- Supervising and providing guidance to security guards.
- Maintaining accurate security logs and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Matriculation qualification.
- Retired Havildar (Hav) from the Armed Forces of Pakistan.
- Experience in performing security duties, preferably in an educational institution setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Age between 40 and 50 years old.
