The Positions:

  • Assistant Director- Monitoring and Evaluation (BPS-17): (1 Position)
  • Office Boy (BPS-03): (1 Position)

The Assistant Director of Monitoring and Evaluation will play a critical role in ensuring the organization’s programs and initiatives are effectively monitored and evaluated. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing the development and implementation of comprehensive monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems.
  • Analyzing data and reports to assess the effectiveness of programs and projects.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies for enhancement.
  • Preparing clear and concise reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Liaising with various departments and program teams to ensure effective data collection and analysis.

To qualify for this position, you must have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as civil engineering, development studies, statistics, economics, business administration, public administration, or social sciences from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university/institution.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in M&E fieldwork, encompassing experience with M&E methods and approaches.
  • Proven experience in planning and implementing monitoring systems.
  • Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to travel extensively within Balochistan.

The Office Boy will provide essential administrative support to the organization’s team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
  • Answering phones and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
  • Filing and photocopying documents.
  • Running errands and completing other administrative tasks as assigned.

To qualify for this position, you must have:

  • A Matriculation qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

Benefits and Compensation:

This is a contract position with a duration of up to three years, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance. The organization offers a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience.

Eligibility:

Only local/domicile holders of Balochistan province are eligible to apply.

Selection Process:

Selection will be based on merit, competence, and relevance to the Terms of Reference (TORs) for each position. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. No travel allowances will be provided for the interview process.
