The Government of Sindh is seeking energetic, proactive, and result-oriented professionals with a minimum of 10 years of experience in handling financial matters. The ideal candidate will be a highly qualified professional (CA/ACCA/ACMA or Masters in Finance/Accounting/Commerce) with experience in a reputable commercial organization or public sector university. They must also be a member of a recognized professional body like ICMA, ICAAP, or PIPFA To become eligible for the Director of Finance Job.

Responsibilities of the Director of Finance:

Budget development and management
Maintaining financial records and accounts
Implementing an effective system of internal financial control
Participating in ERP implementation
Representing the University on financial matters
Dealing with the Higher Education Commission (HEC) on financial matters
Advising the University’s Syndicate/Board of Governors on financial matters
Overseeing the financial aspects of all University development schemes

Job Details:

Three (3) year contract
Competitive salary package
