The National Database and Registration Authority NADRA, Pakistan’s premier agency for citizen data management, is seeking qualified and experienced intelligence professionals to fill two key positions: Director (Monitoring & Evaluation) and Deputy Director (Monitoring & Evaluation). These are contract positions offering an initial term of five years with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
These positions play a vital role in safeguarding national security by preventing illegal processing of Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs) and identifying potential risks associated with CNIC issuance.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
- Completion of intelligence courses, specifically the Officers Basic Intelligence Course and the Intelligence Staff Course.
- A minimum of five years of experience in field intelligence operations following the completion of intelligence training.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with prestigious organizations like the Intelligence Bureau (IB), Police Service of Pakistan (PSP), Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), or intelligence units of the armed forces is a significant advantage.
